“As a Couture Cosmetic Tattooist and Portrait Artist, I believe each and every hairstroke, shading and color procedure needs to be unique to your specific bone structure, facial features and personal style.”
Hi. I’m Colette LiPari, a Portrait Artist with a BFA in Fine Art and an obsession with everything Makeup and Fashion, who transitioned these skills into unique tattooing techniques in Permanent Makeup, Nanoblading (the new Microblading), Paramedical and Areola Tattooing at Femme in Ink LLC.
I help busy professionals like you wake up each morning to a simplified beauty routine that restores youthful color, polished brows, eye opening eyeliner, and defined lips that expresses your style and achieves your beauty goals. Imagine spending more time conquering the world than struggling with brow symmetry, hourly lipstick touch-ups, and constantly wiping your smudged liner.
For those with Paramedical Tattooing needs (such as post-cancer reconstructive areola, or gender affirming surgery correction), I am here to restore your confidence and help you to just feel young, beautiful and fabulous!

Why I Don’t Perform Touch-Ups on Work Done by Other Artists
A Note from Colette:
To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and the best possible results, I reserve rework, refresh, and touch-up appointments exclusively for clients whose brows were originally created by me.
Each artist has their own unique style, technique, and selection of tools and pigments. Because I meticulously record the details of every client’s previous sessions, I’m able to approach each touch-up with full confidence in the products and methods used, ensuring consistency, safety, and long-lasting beauty.
For this reason—and to uphold both quality and safety standards—I’m unable to accept touch-ups or corrections on work performed by other artists.
If you’ve had previous brow work elsewhere, the pigment will need to be significantly faded or professionally lightened through laser removal before I can design a completely new set of brows that reflect my signature technique and precision.
If you’re unsure whether your existing brows are ready for a new procedure, I’d be happy to evaluate them and guide you toward the best next step — simply schedule a free consultation to begin.
Why I Choose Nanoblading — And Why It’s Superior
Colette chooses to perform her brow procedures using the Nanoblading technique because it allows her to create the most natural and realistic results for her clients. Unlike traditional Microblading, Nanoblading uses an ultra-fine digital device with a single, flexible needle that gently implants pigment with precision and minimal trauma. This method produces beautifully detailed, hair-like strokes with soft shading while working safely on all skin types – including oily or textured skin common in African-American and Latina clients – where Microblading often fades unevenly or turns gray.
Nanoblading also causes less pain and irritation, resulting in a faster, more comfortable healing process. For Colette, this technique perfectly aligns with her artistic vision, allowing her to deliver brows that look incredibly lifelike and stand the test of time.
